Domaine Georges Glantenay is a family-run estate, led by Sarah and Guillaume Glantenay, farming around eight hectares across Volnay, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Monthélie and Meursault. The wines are made with a focus on purity and balance: grapes are almost entirely destemmed, fermented with natural yeasts, and given a gentle cool maceration. Village wines typically see around 20% new French oak, while premiers crus have closer to 30%, bringing subtle structure and finesse. Since 2018, the wines have been bottled without filtration to preserve character and depth.
