Handmade by a third generation family-run bakery, each roll is generously filled with seasoned British Quality Assured pork, blended with classic Cumberland herbs and spices. The all-butter puff pastry is crisp, light and golden, creating a satisfying contrast to the rich, savoury filling.

Place on a backing tray in the centre of a preheated oven, cook at 170-180 °C, gas mark 4, (350°F) for approx. 10-20 mins or until piping hot. Core temperature to be at 79°C-80°C.
