PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A traditionally cured British ham with the bone left in for added flavour. Lightly smoked and subtly sweetened with unrefined brown sugar, this fully cooked ham is rich, tender and ideal for centrepieces, Sunday roasts or relaxed entertaining.

Crafted from high-welfare, outdoor-bred British pork, this ham is prepared using the time-honoured Wiltshire cure. Each leg is immersed in our own-recipe brine for almost a week, then left to mature for a further seven days to develop its signature flavour and texture.

A light smoking process adds a mellow, savoury depth, while the unrefined brown sugar enhances the natural sweetness of the pork. The bone remains in for maximum flavour and a traditional finish, making it perfect for carving at the table.

Fully cooked and ready to enjoy hot or cold, this ham is an effortless way to bring heritage and indulgence to your next feast.
