This half boneless Wiltshire gammon joint is uncooked and ready for you to prepare at home. Made from premium British pork and traditionally cured, it offers superb flavour and texture for those who love cooking their own ham from scratch.

Prepared using DukesHill’s time-honoured Wiltshire cure, the pork is gently immersed in a mild brine to develop a moist, succulent texture and subtle, savoury depth. The joint is left to mature before being trimmed and deboned, making it simple to carve once cooked.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove packaging To Boil: Place ham in a large saucepan and cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil and simmer for approximately 25 minutes per pound (500g). Unless you want to serve it hot, let it cool in the boiling water. To Bake: We recommend simmering for 20 minutes per pound, followed by baking baking at 190°C/ Fan 170°C /Gas mark 5.
