Made from premium British pork and cured using DukesHill’s traditional Wiltshire method, it delivers superb flavour and texture, ideal for festive celebrations.

The pork is gently immersed in a mild brine to create a moist, succulent texture and subtle savoury depth, then left to mature before being carefully trimmed and deboned for ease of carving. The result is a gammon joint that cooks beautifully, offering all the hallmarks of artisan quality and heritage curing.

Cooking Instructions
Remove packaging To Boil: Place ham in a large saucepan and cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil and simmer for approximately 25 minutes per pound (500g). Unless you want to serve it hot, let it cool in the boiling water. To Bake: We recommend simmering for 20 minutes per pound, followed by baking baking at 190°C/ Fan 170°C /Gas mark 5.
