Award-winning hand-crafted classic Quiche Lorraine. A vegetarian pastry case filled with locally sourced ingredients of prime sliced ham, mature cheddar cheese, fresh sliced tomatoes, combined with fresh eggs and evaporated milk. All seasoned with salt, pepper, mustard and topped with a fresh tomato slice.

Delivered ready to eat hot or cold, our hand-crafted quiches can be enjoyed perfectly with salads for a light meal. Or, if you’re in the mood to enjoy hot, they can be perfectly paired with potatoes and vegetables. Or why not try with wedges and baked beans for a light hot supper. Such is the versatility of these wonderfully perfect for one quiches.

Place on a backing tray in the centre of a preheated oven , cook at 170 °C, gas mark 4, (350°F) for approx. 15-20 mins or until hot.Core temperature to be at 79°C-80°C.
