Product Description

A uniquely shaped, semi-soft British cheese with a clean, creamy flavour and a whisper of citrus. Lord London is a modern classic made by artisan cheesemaker Arthur Alsop in the heart of the East Sussex countryside, celebrated for its gentle character and signature bloom.

Crafted from pasteurised cow’s milk and lightly matured to develop its supple texture, this golden-domed cheese is encased in an edible white rind with a delicate dusting of mould. Beneath, its velvety body reveals a subtle tang and lingering freshness- a balance of creaminess and brightness that makes it unmistakably refined.

Served warm or cool, Lord London’s versatility shines whether gracing a cheeseboard, complementing roast dishes, or enjoyed simply with a crisp English cider. A true expression of contemporary British cheesemaking - elegant, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
