Packed with tradition and a little extra flair, these are sausage rolls as they should be.

Place on a backing tray in the centre of a preheated oven, cook at 170-180 °C, gas mark 4, (350°F) for approx. 10-20 mins or until piping hot. Core temperature to be at 79°C-80°C.
