Cooking Instructions
Remove meat from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place the tenderloin carefully on the lined baking tray. Cover with foil. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 40min. Remove from oven, discard foil and return to oven for remaiming 15 minutes to crisp up the bacon. This is a guide only. All appliances vary. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
