All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging and pierce film lid. For best results oven cook. From Chilled: OVEN - Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power as per instructions: 700W - 7 minutes / 800W - 6 1/2 minutes / 900W - 6 minutes. Peel back film and stir, heat for further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
