All our pork comes from outdoor-bred pigs raised on assured farms, where animal welfare and natural living conditions come first. Healthy, happy animals mean better meat and better bacon.

While most so-called ‘dry cured’ bacon is cured in a bag to retain water (resulting in that unpleasant white goo during cooking), we take a different approach. Our bacon is hand-cured using traditional methods, then left to dry naturally in our curing rooms. This results in dry, crisp rashers that sizzle to perfection with no excess water and unbeatable flavour.
