Sourced from carefully raised British cattle fed on natural pasture, these sirloin steaks are hand cut for perfect balance between lean meat and buttery fat. The natural marbling melts during cooking, keeping each bite juicy and full of traditional beefy character.

Cooking Instructions
Leave steak at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. To Shallow Fry: Rub or brush the steak with a little oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side. Reduce to medium heat and continue to cook for a further 1 minute - 1 minute 30 seconds each side (rare), 2 minutes - 2 minutes 30 seconds each side (medium), 4 minutes - 4 minutes 30 seconds each side (well done) Allow steak to rest for 3 minutes before serving. These instructions are given as a guideline only as steak thickness will vary slightly.
