Create your own centrepiece with our Whole Boneless Wiltshire Ham Joint. Made from premium British pork and cured using the traditional Wiltshire method, this uncooked ham gives you complete control over cooking, glazing and presentation.

Each joint is immersed in a gentle brine for nearly a week, producing the moist texture and mild, savoury flavour that Wiltshire ham is known for. With the bone carefully removed, carving is straightforward, making it a generous yet practical choice for entertaining, sharing platters or batch cooking for multiple meals.

To make preparation simple, every joint is supplied with a free cooking bag and clear step-by-step instructions. Whether you choose to boil, roast or finish with a glaze of honey, mustard or spices, the result is a rewarding, flavourful ham shaped by your own kitchen.

Please ensure your pot or roasting tray is large enough to accommodate the joint before cooking.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking instructions: Remove all packaging. Place ham in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring slowly to the boil and simmer for around 25 minutes per pound (500g). Let it cool in the water unless serving hot. Oven cook: We recommend simmering for 20 minutes per pound, then roast for further 20-25 minutes (Gas Mark 5 / 190°C/ 375°F) or until the fat is browned and any glaze is glosy.
