Create your own Christmas centrepiece with our Whole Boneless Wiltshire Ham Joint. Made from premium British pork and cured using the traditional Wiltshire method, this uncooked ham gives you full control over glazing, cooking, and presentation.

Each joint is immersed in a gentle brine for nearly a week, producing the moist texture and mild, savoury flavour that makes Wiltshire ham so loved. With the bone carefully removed, carving is simple, making it a practical yet generous choice for festive entertaining, Boxing Day spreads, or meal prep that lasts through the season.

To make things easier, every joint comes with a free cooking bag and clear step-by-step instructions - whether you prefer boiling, roasting, or adding your own glaze of honey, cloves, or mustard. The result is a deeply rewarding ham that reflects the care and craft of your own kitchen.

Cooking Instructions
Remove packaging To Boil: Place ham in a large saucepan and cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil and simmer for approximately 25 minutes per pound (500g). Unless you want to serve it hot, let it cool in the boiling water. To Bake: We recommend simmering for 20 minutes per pound, followed by baking baking at 190°C/ Fan 170°C /Gas mark 5.
