Christmas turkey tacos with braised red cabbage

Step 1 Char the tortillas over the flame of an open gas hob, or under a hot grill until lightly charred. Spread a dollop of sour cream inside, followed by a spoonful of chilli jelly. Sprinkle over the pulled cooked turkey followed by the shredded raw Brussels sprouts. Spread braised red cabbage on top. Garnish with slices of pickled shallots. Grate Isle of Mull Mature Cheddar over and squeeze fresh lime juice over for a burst of freshness.
