Our Melton Mowbray Pork Pies are traditionally made with coarsely chopped and simply seasoned pork, the crispest pastry and filled with a jelly of bone stock; our hot eating pies are made by hand in small batches and wrapped in the thinnest, crispest all-butter pastry and our scotch eggs have the tastiest sausage meat surrounding soft boiled hens eggs.
