Château La Coste Rosé d’Une Nuit is an organic rosé wine from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, this Provence rosé displays a pale salmon colour with aromas of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry.

The palate is round, fruity and generous, with notes of strawberry and cherry, leading to a fresh finish with a slight pleasant bitterness.

Produced using low-temperature pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short maturation on fine lees.
