We are offering whole "baby" mature Stilton cheeses produced by the Colston Bassett Dairy. This traditional specialist cheesemaker shares our commitment to quality without compromise. You won't buy cheese like this in a supermarket! It is so smooth and creamy with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures. It is an excellent dessert cheese and wonderful to enjoy at any time of year.
For over 100 years Colston Bassett has been making the finest quality Blue Stilton using the same time-honoured recipe and methods used by generations to make this unique, award winning cheese, every day taking the milk from the same farms that founded the dairy as a co-operative in 1913.
