Produced at the historic Colston Bassett Dairy using time-honoured methods, this whole “baby” Stilton is a masterpiece of flavour and texture. Mellow and luxurious, it boasts a smooth, creamy paste laced with delicate blue marbling that intensifies as it matures.

Made with pasteurised milk from the same local farms that formed the dairy’s co-operative in 1913, each cheese reflects over a century of consistent, traditional cheesemaking. The result is a full-flavoured, indulgent Stilton that’s perfect for entertaining or gifting.
