A vegetarian pastry case with a delicious mixture of mature cheddar cheese and fresh sliced onions all combined with fresh eggs, and evaporated milk, and to finish a pinch of salt and pepper.

Delivered ready to eat hot or cold, our hand-crafted quiches can be enjoyed perfectly with salads for a light meal. Or, if you’re in the mood to enjoy hot, they can be perfectly paired with potatoes and vegetables. Or why not try with wedges and baked beans for a light hot supper. Such is the versatility of these wonderfully perfect for one quiches.

Place on a backing tray in the centre of a preheated oven, cook at 170 °C, gas mark 4, (350°F) for approx. 20-25 mins or until hot. Core temperature to be at 79°C-80°C.
