Made using free-range eggs and English butter, this pudding is light and fluffy in texture but packed with warming flavour. The luxurious toffee sauce seeps into the sponge for a satisfyingly sticky finish. A classic dessert made properly, with no shortcuts—just traditional ingredients and time-honoured care.

To oven cook: Take off the sleeve and lid, place in a pre-heated oven 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 for 15 mins. To microwave: Put a portion (~75g) into a microwavable dish and heat on high for 40 sec (750w)
