Our bacon is made the traditional way, hand-cured with salt and brown sugar, then air-dried to intensify the flavour and eliminate excess moisture. Unlike most supermarket bacon cured in a bag to retain water, leading to that unpleasant white goo in the pan, our bacon cooks cleanly and crisps beautifully, just as it should.

All our pork is sourced from outdoor-bred British farms, where pigs are raised outdoors with space to roam and thrive. That’s why every rasher is full of rich, meaty flavour and a satisfyingly firm texture.
