Our Corned Beef Hash is made using Swaledale beef which is brined then slowly braised until it falls apart. It’s creamy in texture and comes ready to cook by emptying into a non stick pan and dry frying over a medium heat until browned and crispy. Delicious topped with an egg and a big dollop of brown sauce on the side.
