Free range, skin-on large chicken breasts from slow-grown British birds. Succulent, richly flavoured and ethically reared, these versatile fillets are perfect for roasting, pan-frying or grilling, delivering traditional flavour and tenderness in every bite.

Sourced from high-welfare British farms, these generous skin-on chicken breasts are taken from free range birds raised naturally on lush English pastures. Slow-growing breeds and ethical farming methods ensure a fuller flavour, firmer texture and exceptional cooking results.

Each pack contains two large fillets with the skin left on to lock in moisture and add delicious crispness when cooked. Whether preparing a comforting Sunday roast or a midweek masterpiece, these chicken breasts deliver depth and authenticity with every dish.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan/Gas mark 5). Remove all packaging. Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper and place in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 35 -45 minutes. Remove from oven when the skin is golden brown and juices run clear, alternately use a thermometer in the thickest part of the joint where the temperature needs to reach a minimum of 75C. Rest for 5 minutes.
