Remove all packaging. Gammon must be cooked thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To grill: Rub the gammon steaks with oil and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. To pan fry: Heat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
