A whole side of Gravadlax ready sliced for easy serving.
Moist cured salmon marinated with dill, white pepper, sea salt and sugar. The finest quality Scottish salmon is used to produce this traditional Scandinavian delicacy. Our smoked salmon is 100% Scottish Smoked Salmon, not from Norway or anywhere else outside of the UK. It is made from fresh stock not frozen and is smoked traditionally by hand by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product.
