PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This smoked salmon has a superb, smoked flavour and texture that sets it apart from the usual bland offerings! Cut at an angle to give "D" shaped slices.
Made for us using prime, superior salmon from selected sea farms around the Shetland Isles. The salmon is traditionally and slowly smoked for several days using pure oak to produce some of the finest smoked salmon available anywhere. It is 100% Scottish Smoked Salmon, not from Norway or anywhere else outside of the UK. It is made from fresh stock not frozen and is smoked traditionally by hand by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product
