Step 1 Remove the steak burgers from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.

Step 2 Preheat a barbecue, griddle pan or heavy-based frying pan over a medium-high heat.

Step 3 Cook the streaky bacon until crisp and golden. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper.

Step 4 Warm the BBQ Pulled Pork or Pulled Ham Hock according to the pack instructions and keep warm.

Step 5 Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast the cut sides until golden.

Step 6 Cook the steak burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 7 During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of Mayfield on each burger and allow it to melt.

Step 8 Spread the base of each toasted brioche bun generously with DukesHill Bacon Jam or Chorizo Jam.

Step 9 Top with Little Gem lettuce, followed by the cheeseburger.

Step 10 Layer over the crispy streaky bacon, then pile on the BBQ Pulled Pork or Pulled Ham Hock.

Step 11 Scatter over the sliced pickled shallots and finish with a small handful of fresh rocket.

Step 12 Place the brioche bun lid on top and serve immediately.
