PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Named after the famous French Politician and gourmet Jean Anthelme Brillat Savarin, who said, "a dessert without cheese is like a beautiful woman with no heart".
This is a soft triple-cream cheese with a soft natural rind and made from pasteurised cow's milk. Best served young, this unashamedly mild and lusciously creamy cheese (it is made with milk enriched with creme fraiche) is enrobed with cranberries giving it a welcome tartness, and a fabulously festive appearance. Brillat Savarin pairs beautifully with Champagne. Not suitable for vegetarians.
