The cockerels are reared with the highest regard to their welfare, spending their life roaming freely in green pastures. A natural cereal diet rich in corn delivers a healthy, happy and stress-free bird with a wonderful golden glow and bags of flavour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove cockerel from fridge 30 min before cooking.Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (standard oven, not fan). Season cockerel and put in preheated tray for 20 minutes.Then reduce temp down to 180ºC and cook for a further 30 minutes per kg.Check that the juice run clear at the end of the time and if don't then cook for a furthur 10 minutes.When cooked remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes. Carv and enjoy.
