Each joint is dry cured, then steeped for two weeks in a dark, aromatic blend of molasses, juniper berries and spices, creating its signature depth of flavour and striking appearance.

Matured for several months to achieve its robust character and dense texture, this ham delivers all the complexity of a traditional bone-in joint with the ease of boneless carving.
