PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An unpasteurised ewe's milk cheese from White Lake Cheese in Somerset.
Amusingly named after street cobbles it won the accolade of Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 2017.
Dusted in a faint coating of ash, it has a superb sweet, lactic flavour with a melt in the mouth mousse-like texture. Suitable for vegetarians.
