Smoked especially for us using prime, superior salmon from specially selected sea farms.
This salmon is traditionally and slowly smoked for several days using only pure oak to produce some of the finest smoked salmon available anywhere.
It is made from fresh stock, not frozen and is traditionally hand smoked by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods, including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product.
