PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
I'm part of a mix and match offer! Any 3 packs of 400g Smoked Salmon only £60
Smoked especially for us using prime, superior salmon from selected sea farms in the waters around the Shetland Isles. The salmon is traditionally and slowly smoked for several days using only pure oak to produce some of the finest smoked salmon available anywhere. It is 100% Scottish, not from Norway or anywhere else outside of the UK. It is made from fresh stock not frozen and is smoked traditionally by hand by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product.
