PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our magnificent Three Bird Game Roast of pheasant breast stuffed with partridge breast and pigeon breast and a pork, sage, and onion stuffing, topped with smoked streaky bacon and a sprig of rosemary. 

Our Wild British game is naturally lean and packed full of flavour and is responsibly sourced from approved British estates. We support the British Game Assurance scheme which ensures all game is handled and cared for correctly from breeding to cull and production. 

All game may contain small fragments of shot although every effort is made to ensure that it is removed.

Available for delivery up to Saturday 16th December and is suitable for freezing.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Cover with foil and place the foil tray on a baking tray. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. Add beef & chicken jus for the last 10 minutes of cook time. check product is thoroughly cooked before serving .
