Our magnificent Three Bird Game Roast of pheasant breast stuffed with partridge breast and pigeon breast and a pork, sage, and onion stuffing, topped with smoked streaky bacon and a sprig of rosemary.
Our three bird roast is naturally lean and packed full of flavour and is responsibly sourced from approved British estates. We support the British Game Assurance scheme which ensures all game is handled and cared for correctly from breeding to cull and production.
All British game at DukesHill may contain small fragments of shot although every effort is made to ensure that it is removed.
