Made from free range British turkey breast escalope, each piece is flattened, generously filled with seasoned pork sausagemeat stuffing, then rolled and wrapped in dry cured bacon for a rich, savoury finish.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from the fridge 20 mins before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 180°C). Remove all packaging, place both paupiettes in a roasting tin, season to taste. Roast for 40 minsin the middle of oven until cooked through and the juices at the thickest part run clear. The centre should reach 72°C. Allow to rest for 5 mins at ambient temperature.
