These hand-prepared Turkey Paupiettes (x2) are a comforting and flavourful choice for any day of the week. Made from free range British turkey breast escalope, each piece is flattened, generously filled with seasoned pork sausagemeat stuffing, then rolled and wrapped in dry cured bacon for a rich, savoury finish.

Whether roasted or baked, these paupiettes are simple to cook and deliver homely satisfaction with every bite. A delicious, fuss-free supper that showcases traditional British produce at its best.

Remove from the fridge 20 mins before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 180°C). Remove all packaging, place both paupiettes in a roasting tin, season to taste. Roast for 40 minsin the middle of oven until cooked through and the juices at the thickest part run clear. The centre should reach 72°C. Allow to rest for 5 mins at ambient temperature.
