This luxurious and traditional-feeling rillette combines DukesHill's popular British Game Assurance Scheme-approved venison, which has been slow cooked to create the optimum texture. A dash of sweet vermouth is added to create the final rich flavour.
Our venison rillettes is best served on crusty granary bread and served with a robust red wine. Spread thickly over thin bread for total indulgence!
