Whole Tandoori Roast Chicken
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 220C.
Step 2 Slash the flesh of the breast and leg of the chicken with a knife.
Step 3 Marinate the chicken with the jar of the Classic Tandoori Marinade and keep aside for a minimum of 2 hours.
Step 4 Place the chicken on a wire rack with an oven tray underneath and cook in the oven for approximately 40 to 50 minutes depending on the size of your chicken.
Step 5 Baste with melted butter half way through cooking and just before serving.
Serve with coriander and mint chutney, naan, or plain roti.
