Andillian Unique Blend by La Coste de Los Andes 2024

A sophisticated expression of the Uco Valley, Andillian Unique Blend is crafted at 1,300 metres above sea level in Los Chacayes, where gravelly, sandy and calcareous soils lend freshness and mineral precision. Made from a carefully judged assemblage of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, this high-altitude blend captures both power and elegance in equal measure.

Each varietal is harvested by hand, fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs, and then blended during ageing to achieve perfect harmony. The wine spends around nine months in 500-litre French oak barrels, adding subtle structure and complexity while preserving the purity of fruit.

Deep ruby in colour, it opens with floral, mineral and gently herbaceous aromas layered over ripe dark berries. The palate is poised and refined, with a smooth entry, fresh acidity and fine tannins carrying through to a long, elegant finish with impressive persistence. Balanced and expressive now, it will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 7–9 years.
