New in for the Winter season, this handcrafted Beef Wellington serves four and makes a magnificent dinner centrepiece. At its heart lies tender grass-fed British beef fillet, wrapped in Prosciutto Crudo and a rich mushroom duxelles, then encased in golden butter puff pastry. Once baked, it delivers a crisp, flaky finish with succulent, savoury flavours that are perfect for celebratory dining.

Prepared in small batches, this Wellington offers all the indulgence of a classic dish with none of the effort, making it ideal for Winter feasts, Boxing Day lunches or seasonal entertaining.

Please note, our Beef Wellington is dispatched frozen to lock in freshness. The product will likely defrost in transit, but may be partially frozen on arrival. Please ensure that it has fully defrosted before cooking.

Cooking Instructions
All appliances vary. Pre-heat oven to 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas mark 9. Remove film lid and absorbent pad from tray. Pierce pastry 3 times on top of wellington. Brush an egg was on top of the wellington. Place foil tray directly on top shelf. For medium - cook for 40 minutes, for well done - cook for 50 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
