Sourced from British outdoor-bred farms, our succulent French-trimmed pork chops are perfect for a delicious mid-week meal. These delicious, bone-in loin chops, are easy to cook and make a quick and easy meal for two.

We use only the best quality free range pork, produced with the highest regard for welfare, resulting in unparalleled flavour and texture. 

Available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday deliveries only.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Leave chops at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. To Shallow Fry: Add a little oil to a pan and heat to medium. Season the steaks with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, basting frequently and turning occasionally. To Grill: Preheat grill. Season the steaks with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and place under the grill for 5-6 minutes, basting frequently; turn and repeat. Once cooked cover the steaks, keep warm and allow to rest for 2 mins.
