Grill up perfection with DukesHill's delicious gourmet pork sausages. Perfect for BBQs, parties and family dining, our gourmet sausages are bigger and longer than normal sausages and pack perfectly into a brioche roll or crusty baguette to create the ultimate hot dog. 

Traditional in appearance and premium in taste, our gourmet pork sausages have been minced twice for a smoother sausage and contain 80% pork.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
