PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A multiple medal winner at the World & British Cheese Awards this naturally rinded, soft cheese is made by hand with pasteurised Guernsey cows' milk from the herd grazing in the Arreton Valley on the Isle of Wight.
It is blue veined and has a relatively mild blue flavour, but as it ripens the flavour develops and becomes spikier. A stunning cheese. Suitable for vegetarians.
