Crafted in the Highland village of Tain by award-winning cheesemaker Ruaridh Stone of Highland Fine Cheese, Morangie Brie is made using pasteurised cow’s milk for a delicate, buttery flavour. Expect gentle grassy notes, hints of mushroom, and a luscious rind that ripens to silky perfection.
