Royal Oscietra caviar is extracted from the Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), a medium-sized sturgeon species originally native to the Caspian, Black and Azov Seas. These sturgeon are farmed sustainably in Italy and matured for 10–11 years to ensure the finest quality roe.

Only the largest and most perfect eggs are selected for this caviar, which ranges in colour from dark brown to warm beige. Each spoonful delivers a sophisticated flavour with delicate nutty notes and a subtle fruitiness – a truly memorable tasting experience.
