Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Place the foil tray on a baking tray. Brush the pheasant with oil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour and baste frequently. Add Beef and Chicken Jus for the last 10 minutes of cook time. Cook until juices run clear. Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before carving. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
