This carefully prepared pheasant offers a refined, hearty option for seasonal entertaining or Sunday roasts. Please note all game may contain small fragments of shot, although every effort is made to remove them.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven, film and sachet. Place the foil tray on a baking tray. Brush pheasant with oil, cook in the centre of the oven and baste frequently. Add beef and Chicken Jus for the last 10 minutes of cook time. Cook until jiuces run clear . Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before carving. Oven: Yes Electric Temperature 2000C 1 Hour. Fan 1800C 1 Hour. Gas Mark 6 1 Hour
