An impressive and succulent on the bone rib steak, perfect for sharing.
Our beef is certified PGI West Country Choice, from animals born and raised in one of the six counties. These cows enjoy grazing in lush green pastures for up to 3 years, resulting in consistently tender and flavoursome beef with melting qualities when cooked.
What is a Tomahawk Steak? The Tomahawk is a glorious cut of meat, which is a large ribeye steak with the rib bone left on, adding to the flavour and tenderness. This cut has a beautiful tender and buttery texture.
Preparing the steak for cooking. For the perfect results: Salt (& Pepper if desired) both sides of the steak and refrigerate for 6-12 hours. Then add your seasoning, rub or marinade and allow this to rest again for 3-6 hours. Before cooking, allow the meat to reach room temperature.
