Season with Salt & Pepper. Place in hot frying pan with a little oil and sear the vension on all sides. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180 Degrees for 10 minutes. For gas ovens use Gas Mark 6. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes. This is for medium.
