PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our St George's Hams are cured in our ever-popular, mild and sweet Wiltshire brine, before baking it in a glaze of spiced oranges, cinnamon, mace and cloves.

The result is a deliciously mild and moist ham with a hint of spiced orange that will delight the whole family. This bone-in whole ham is cooked and ready to eat, making for a fine centrepiece to carve for any special occasion lunch or dinner.

Winner of a prestigious 1-star at the Great Taste Awards 2023 - see the judge's comments:

"A very fine ham that took centrepiece on our judging table and would do so on any table! A shiny orange glaze across the top adds to the appeal. It carved nicely, and the brine had seasoned and moisturised the meat well. The glaze added a little sourness and bitterness that contributed to the sweetness and saltiness of the ham itself. The spices are appropriately handled with cloves coming through a little more than cinnamon or mace."
