STICKY GLAZED COCKTAIL SAUSAGES

Sticky Glazed Cocktail Sausages take some beating when it comes to canapés so here are some tips for making them using our condiments. Amounts are for 24 cocktail sausages (1 pack). In each case just coat the sausages with one of the combinations below and bake for 20 minutes at 200’C/180’ fan/gas mark 6, turning once during cooking, or fry in a pan with little oil.

  1. Step 1 Mix 2tbsp of our Honey & Mustard Glaze with either 1 tbsp soy sauce or 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, pour over sausages and sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
